Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assess their automotive service needs
Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service options
Prepare repair orders by documenting customer concerns and coordinating with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair
Communicate service updates to customers and answer any questions they may have
Ensure the customer experience is seamless, from check-in to vehicle pick-up
Provide detailed explanations of services performed and associated costs
Recommend additional services as needed, based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
Work closely with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely and accurate service completion
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage of the service process
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred
Previous experience in a service advisor role or a similar customer-facing position in the automotive industry is preferred
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and systems is a plus
Additional technical or customer service training is a plus
