Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and test laptops, desktops, and radiology workstations at client sites
Perform hardware and software imaging, upgrades, and system configuration
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and network connectivity issues
Maintain accurate deployment records, inventory tracking, and ticket documentation
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and minimal downtime
Provide end-user support during and after deployment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Field Technician, Desktop Support Technician, or similar role
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 imaging, deployment tools (SCCM, MDT, etc.), and system configuration
Experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware, peripherals, and networking issues
Experience with hardware and software imaging, upgrades, and system configuration
