Responsibilities
Attend showings, inspections, photoshoots, staging appointments, and vendor visits
Manage lockboxes, coordinate access, and keep properties presentation ready
Provide clear written feedback from showings and appointments
Handle urgent or last minute field related tasks with confidence and professionalism
Represent the brand in person with the highest level of presentation and communication
Prepare listing paperwork, offers, and documents with complete accuracy
Update MLS listings, property portals, files, and checklists
Organize CRM notes, client communications, and transaction timelines
Assist with light marketing tasks and social media updates
Create buyer and seller presentations when needed
Coordinate inspections, photos, repairs, cleaners, and vendor schedules
Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, team members, and vendors
Keep the daily plan organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Provide consistent updates and follow through on every task
Read cues, anticipate needs, and respond with speed and clarity
Qualification
Required
You are based in Scottsdale or relocating soon
You have professional presentation and speak with confidence
You thrive in fast paced environments and stay calm under pressure
You follow instructions, catch details, and communicate clearly
You enjoy both field work and administrative structure
You take pride in being reliable, loyal, and consistent
You respond quickly, think critically, and solve problems before they grow
You want to grow long term inside a top producing luxury business
You are not interested in selling real estate yourself
You have at least one year of experience working on a real estate team
