Managing and maintaining calendars

Managing travel arrangements

Managing and maintaining documentation
Sending and processing electronic communications and mail
Management of office supplies and equipment
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/ GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of three years work experience in an Administrative role
Preferred
Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working with moderate guidance
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
