Multifamily Asset Management Associate

The Multifamily Asset Management Associate will join the Surveillance team to manage and monitor risk in the multifamily portfolio, reviewing loan documents and providing information to stakeholders prior to securitization.

Monitor portfolio performance and compliance
Evaluate collateral and loans; assist with due diligence
Help streamline business processes and improve monitoring
Complete special projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Strong organizational skills

Preferred

1-2 years of experience preferred in asset management, banking, or finance, with emphasis on asset management, commercial lending, property inspections, or credit analysis/underwriting
Insurance and/or property management knowledge is preferred
