Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records
Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and up to date
Supervise administrative staff and support their daily tasks
Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall clinic operations
Maintain compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations
Foster a positive patient experience and address any scheduling or operational issues
Support the overall goals and efficiency of the physical therapy team
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or physical therapy setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage patient scheduling, staff coordination, and administrative workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with patients, therapists, and team members
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Microsoft Office, and other administrative or scheduling software
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Commitment to providing a positive patient experience
Preferred
Background in billing, insurance verification, or basic accounting is a plus
