Responsibilities
Provide Tier-2/Tier-3 production support for data ingestion pipelines and Data Lake storage systems
Troubleshoot issues across SQL engines, Kafka streaming, Kubernetes workloads, and logging/monitoring layers
Interface closely with the testing team to collaborate on debugging and issue resolution
Participate in incident bridges, log analysis, and real-time remediation efforts
Optimize query performance, analyze failed jobs, and investigate data quality inconsistencies
Qualification
Required
SQL Expertise
Kafka
Kubernetes
Splunk - Ability to query logs using SPL
HashiCorp Vault - Practical experience with secrets management
Preferred
Experience with Starburst/Trino, Presto, or Athena
