Responsibilities
Assists with research and coordination of marketing materials, presentations and social media collateral
Writes / edits content for review / release
Actively collaborates with members of the Corporate Marketing team as well as internal customers
Reseaches, designs, writes, edits various proposal / business development documents, including brochures, flyers, postcards, project profiles, advertisements, etc
Organizes and prepares reports that include statistics and data analysis
Coordinates public relations, advertising and other outside events (i.e. tradeshows) via collaboration with others
Tracks and maintains internal group database
Other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuit of a Marketing, Communications or similar degree from an accredited university
Experience with desktop publishing and editing software (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
Knowledge of database concepts
Time management skills - reviews items promptly and has the ability to adjust accordingly
Ability to work within group and project teams
Excellent organizational skills
Detail-oriented and accuracy-driven
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
