Responsibilities

Design and scale rep onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that accelerate ramp time and set a consistent foundation for success
Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and GTM Leadership to translate product releases into actionable sales plays that drive pipeline and revenue
Build and maintain a central hub of resources (playbooks, sales tools, talk tracks, case studies, templates) to optimize knowledge sharing
Scope and drive automation of internal processes, ensuring we're getting the most out of AI tools to generate proactive signals and maximize operational efficiency
Capture and scale best practices from top performers through repeatable frameworks and coaching content
Measure enablement impact through ramp time, deal velocity, content adoption, and revenue outcomes

Required

3-4+ years in sales enablement in a high-growth B2B software environment
You're comfortable taking enablement programs from 0 to 1
Strong writing and communication skills with a keen ability to make the complex, simple
Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities and project / program management abilities
Experience managing enablement systems (Salesforce, Notion, Gong, or similar) to centralize resources and track adoption
You use data (win/loss analysis, metrics, etc.) to inform and prioritize your work
You take full ownership of whatever is needed to help our sales team be successful, regardless of how big or small the task
You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to bring structure without slowing teams down

Preferred

Healthcare or health tech experience, particularly selling into clinical or operational buyers
Prior quota-carrying sales; you understand the rep perspective firsthand
Experience working in high-growth startups
Exposure to complex software products (such as AI, DevOps, cyber) and their sales cycles
