Responsibilities

Participate in projects led by Business Operations team
Transfer, Manage, Track the datasets from documents like Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint to Database/Tools and vice versa
Track, monitor, download the documents from customer portal. Download, Review and archive the documents
Coordinate activities between Business Operations, Program Management, and Sales teams to accomplish the assigned tasks
Collaborate with cross functional teams and setup meetings to understand the expectations, gather the inputs for the tasks, and execute the tasks
Actively provide support for Business Operations team in their day-to-day activities

Required

Must have taken courses in, or closely related to, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact with and present information to senior leaders and executives
Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited institution having completed your Sophomore year or later, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter before participation in the internship program, and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
Be willing to work in an office/hybrid in Novi, Michigan
Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
Must provide full work availability from May 18, 2026 through August 7, 2026 and be able to work 40 hours per week

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of coursework in Business Administration, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Sales or Finance
Interest in the audio or automotive industry
Collaboration with teams in various geographies
