Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Issues, TPRM)

Design risk statements, control frameworks, indicators, and workflows

Integrate IRM with ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, and third-party data sources

Configure assessments, evidence collection, continuous control monitoring, and reporting

Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, SOX, PCI, HIPAA)

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment

Provide advisory guidance on GRC best practices and ServiceNow capabilities

Qualification

Required

3–7+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on GRC/IRM implementations

Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit processes

Proficiency with ServiceNow configuration (flows, workflows, ACLs, reports)

Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred

ServiceNow IRM / GRC certifications

Experience with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, SOX, PCI)

Prior consulting or enterprise implementation experience
