Responsibilities

Manage a team of 6-7+ individuals focused on analytics, reporting, and data governance for Cost of Care Reporting
Interpret statistical analyses to provide actionable insights to clients
Develop and deliver comprehensive presentations and reports of analytic findings
Formulate hypotheses and conduct diverse analyses addressing client needs
Create and implement analytic frameworks and select methods for research questions
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data requirements and develop analytics tools
Utilize multiple data sets to produce reports and data visualizations for leadership

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
5 years of progressive experience in data analytics or data analysis
1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated progression
Experience in healthcare analytics is essential

Preferred

Master's Degree and expertise in data cloud architecture (Azure or AWS)
