Responsibilities

Own revenue growth and retention across assigned Financial Services accounts
Build multi-year account plans including whitespace analysis, relationship maps, and growth plays
Develop trusted executive relationships with CIO/CDO/CDAO/CTO and senior business leaders
Identify and expand opportunities across:
Data modernization programs
Governance, quality, lineage and compliance initiatives
AI/GenAI enablement and scale-out programs
Ongoing advisory / managed services engagements
Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure customer outcomes and high satisfaction
Manage escalations professionally and protect client relationships
Lead quarterly executive business reviews (QBRs), roadmap discussions, and expansion planning
Collaborate with strategic eco-system and technology partners to shape integrated offerings
Support commercial strategy: pricing, renewals, scope management, SOW extensions
Maintain pipeline forecasting and account documentation in CRM

Required

10+ years of B2B sales / account management experience in enterprise environments
Strong background managing large complex accounts (ideally banks/FS)
Proven record of account growth, renewals, and expansion
Experience selling professional services / consulting / project-based engagements
Strong executive presence, relationship building, and internal collaboration skills
Comfort navigating enterprise account processes including procurement, vendor management, and governance

Preferred

Experience in data, analytics, AI, cloud modernization, or digital transformation services
Familiarity with Financial Services delivery and operating models across the banking, credit union, fintech, and financial services sectors
Able to develop client champions and referenceable success stories
