IT Software Engineering Co-op (July - Dec 2026)
Acadian Asset Management is a global, systematic investment manager at the forefront of data-driven investing. They are seeking software engineering Co-Ops to join their Information Technology team, where individuals will work on innovative software solutions and gain exposure to various areas of the business.

Responsibilities
Build strong competencies in financial engineering, data analysis, and user-centered system design
Working with various business units to solve complex and challenging problems
Assist with various application enhancement requests
Partner with various teams to research, resolve, and document production issues
Work collaboratively with IT staff and with business units across the firm
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science related field
Excellent programming skills (Python, .NET)
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience with Cloud providers (ideally AWS)
Familiarity with the investment management business helpful
