Software Engineer, Support
Rinsed is a B2B SaaS company focused on revolutionizing the car wash industry with innovative software solutions. The Software Engineer responsible for support tooling will collaborate closely with engineering and support teams to enhance product usability and address internal requests and bug reports.

Responsibilities
Write code that is efficient, clean, simple, easy to read and well tested
Work closely with members of the support and engineering teams to diagnose reported issues, document findings and implement solutions through bug fixes and/or product enhancements
Analyze requirements, follow up with stakeholders and communicate product changes internally
Collaborate cross-functionally and externally to build and improve Rinsed products
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in software development roles, preferably full stack
Familiarity with Ruby, Rails, Postgres, JS, RSpec (or comparable testing frameworks)
Proficient with SQL
Experience working on a mature SAAS product with good understanding of CI/CD, testing and general best practices
