Salesforce Supporting Admin
RSC Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Supporting Admin to assist the MX B2B Sales Operations team in maintaining and supporting Salesforce processes and systems. This role will provide critical support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Salesforce data management, reporting, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support the creation and management of Salesforce reports and dashboards for MX B2B sales performance tracking
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues
Assist in implementing new Salesforce features or updates as needed
Provide administrative support for Salesforce user training and onboarding
Create ad-hoc reports in Salesforce as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or a similar role, with strong report/dashboard development skills
Experience with Salesforce CRM and its functionalities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
MS Power Point, Excel (proficient)
Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records and ensuring data integrity
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues efficiently
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, such as report creation and user support
Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with the MX B2B Sales Operations team and other stakeholders
Adaptability: Openness to learning new Salesforce features and adapting to system updates
Experience with Salesforce administration or a similar role, and strong report/dashboard development skills
Experience with Salesforce CRM and its functionalities
Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and automation features, plus knowledge around Salesforce API, extensions, plug-ins, etc
Preferred
Experience working in a B2B sales environment
