Responsibilities
Assist with the physical setup of events, including equipment, seating, and décor
Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored after events
Support event activities, including coordination with vendors and staff
Address any on-site issues promptly and effectively
Manage inventory and logistics related to event equipment
Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials
Interact with clients and guests professionally
Ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the event
Qualification
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Experience in event operations or hospitality preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
