New Grad, Entry LevelTechgene Solutions is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support facilities, logistics, fleet operations, and disaster preparedness activities across the Suncoast Region. The role requires strong communication skills and independence while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities
Assist with facility operations, internal and external office moves, and site inspections
Maintain and manage a fleet of state vehicles in compliance with CFOP policies
Support warehouse and supply management, ensuring clean and organized storage
Install office fixtures such as whiteboards, corkboards, and wall displays
Manage key and keycard systems, including access logs
Assist IT teams with equipment moves and surplus IT transfers
Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and operational (lighting, AC, etc.)
Accurately log and report work hours and follow supervisory directives
Support disaster management efforts, including hurricane preparedness and recovery
Travel to DCF sites across Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota counties
Occasionally support overnight travel during emergency situations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Florida Driver's License with clean MVR
Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and follow directives
Experience with fleet management, warehouse operations, and facility inspections
Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand dollies
Familiarity with Central Florida regions and GPS
Basic experience with IT equipment (minimum 6 months)
