Provides support for various administrative functions and serves as the assistant to the Chief of Staff, Senior Director of Executive Communications, and the Chief Enrollment Officer
Provides support for calendaring, meeting preparation, project and event support, general office operations, procurement, hospitality, travel, and other related executive and office operation needs
Serves as a primary contact for all visitors to the Office of the President
Qualification
Required

Full-time, non-exempt position
Successful completion of a probationary period
Satisfactory completion of a background check (including criminal records check) is required prior to beginning employment
Required to file Conflict of Interest forms subject to the regulations of the Fair Political Practices Commission
