Responsibilities
Drive results for the community's leasing program
Responsible for leasing, move-ins, and renewals
Build relationships with prospects and residents to learn about their needs and exceed expectations
Meet and exceed leasing goals
Provide a high level of service to prospects and residents
Connect with prospects to learn about and meet their needs
Create leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving territory
Collaborate with marketing leadership to create leads for the community and plan Resident Events
Assist with the community's social media channels
Organize and balance activities appropriately to create results
Provide exceptional resident service to all existing, future, and past residents
Exhibit high standards of professionalism and presentation
Use industry tools and programs for social selling
Qualification
Required
1 to 3+ years of proven sales/leasing experience
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Proven execution of successful sales strategies to close new leases
Tenacious and skilled at overcoming objections
Strong communication and relationship building and follow-up skills
Willingness to master and use a CRM, systems, and other sales tools (experience in Yardi CRM and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus!)
Schedule flexibility in order to prioritize and pivot to business and prospect needs
Must have reliable source of transportation
Must be available to work a full-time schedule of five days per week including one weekend day
Preferred
Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
