Responsibilities
Review, interpret, and accurately update product and marketplace data across internal systems
Work heavily in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel to track, validate, and manage data
Cross-reference retailer product listings with brand catalog information to ensure accuracy
Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or errors and flag them appropriately
Perform high-volume data review and entry (50–200+ rows per day) while maintaining quality standards
Follow established SOPs and workflows while meeting productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Track daily output, including rows reviewed and updates completed
Navigate multiple online tools, systems, and spreadsheets simultaneously
Collaborate with on-site teammates to troubleshoot issues and share best practices
Maintain confidentiality and follow data security guidelines
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, workflows, and volume
Contribute suggestions for workflow improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience working with spreadsheets daily (Google Sheets and/or Excel)
Experience in data-focused roles such as: Operations Customer support, Data entry, Ecommerce support, Sales operations
Content moderation
Proven ability to review, interpret, and accurately enter data into online systems
Experience meeting productivity and accuracy goals in repetitive workflows
Basic to intermediate spreadsheet skills: Formatting, Editing, Copy/paste, Drag-and-drop, Sorting and filtering
Comfortable working on-site full-time in Austin, TX
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Exposure to Tableau or reporting/data visualization tools
Background in ecommerce, digital marketplaces, cannabis, or SaaS operations
