Property Management Administrative Assistant
Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) is a nonprofit organization providing accessible and affordable housing for individuals with disabilities. The Property Management Administrative Assistant will support the Regional Housing Manager by maintaining records, collecting rent, processing HUD paperwork, and marketing properties to partners and communities.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Maintain appropriate records on ASI residents according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
Resident rent collection
Processing/submitting required HUD paperwork
Monthly reports as requested
Market ASI properties to appropriate partners, agencies, and communities
Collaborate with other ASI staff on matters related to resident lease issues
Occasional light travel to assigned properties
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years property management experience
Effectively communicate with residents
Strong written and oral communication skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior successful experience working with the elderly or with individuals with physical disabilities, proficiency with personal computers and standard business software applications a plus
