Required

Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program – any area of study, but likely most relevant to students majoring in business, finance, economics, political science, or the broader social sciences. (No prior experience with the banking sector is required.)
Experience performing basic data analysis, including cleaning, exploratory analysis, and visualization with a statistical analysis program
Strong writing skills and a willingness to revise drafts based on rounds of feedback
Strong soft skills including especially collaboration, adaptability, communication, and time management
Dedication to the Foundation's broader mission of increasing economic mobility and closing the wealth gap
