Juggle multiple management tasks
Coordinate with attorneys, law enforcement, witnesses, and prosecutors
Keep the team sharp and prepared for every court appearance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of private criminal law paralegal experience
Full-time, in-office role
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Skilled in drafting pleadings and court filings with proper attachments/exhibits
Knowledge of Arizona Superior Court filing procedures
Professional communication skills with clients, law enforcement, and opposing counsel
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency
Ability to manage and direct a minimal caseload and train/manage a team of four paralegals and four administrative assistants
Strong grammar, writing, and file management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Clio software preferred
