Responsibilities

Lead and configure SAP TM solutions tailored to client transportation needs
Translate business requirements into effective SAP TM configurations
Manage transportation networks, carriers, rates, and master data
Customize SAP TM functionalities using enhancements and integrations
Drive end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
Mentor junior consultants and ensure best practices are followed
Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
Conduct system assessments for performance and process improvements
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
Recommend upgrades and stay current with SAP TM advancements
Conduct workshops and training sessions for users and teams
Prepare functional specs, process flows, and user manuals
Stay updated on logistics trends, regulatory changes, and SAP TM innovations
Provide strategic input for continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field
3rd party integration knowledge and hands on
Minimum 7 years of SAP TM experience, including at least two full-cycle implementations
Strong understanding of logistics processes (shippers, retailers, LSPs)
Hands-on experience with Freight order management
Hands-on experience with Carrier selection and tendering
Hands-on experience with Execution and settlement
Hands-on experience with TM technical objects (e.g., BOBT)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

SAP SD & TM Experience (preferred)
SAP TM certification (preferred)
