Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and offshore QE team members to deliver high-quality releases
Explore and apply AI-based testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency
Participate in test planning, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively across time zones and cultures to keep the team aligned
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in automation testing (tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts applied to testing (even if it's just hands-on experimentation or pilot projects)
Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and agile methodologies
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team
Preferred
Knowledge of bond markets (nice to have, not mandatory)
Familiarity with bond markets or financial services domain is a plus but not required
