Administer and support Microsoft Defender and Intune endpoint security solutions
Troubleshoot complex endpoint security, hardware, and software issues
Manage endpoint protection, encryption, and firewall configurations
Support escalated incidents and provide root cause analysis
Monitor endpoint security health and report risks/issues
Identify and implement improvements to endpoint security tools and processes
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (Firewall, Antivirus, BitLocker)
Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security Administration
Entra ID (Azure AD) integration and device management
Strong endpoint security experience (hands-on, not policy-only)
Advanced troubleshooting of client-side security software
Windows workstation and server experience
3+ years of relevant endpoint security experience
