Responsibilities
Lead and assist with field and studio shoots, including camera setup, lighting, and audio recording
Edit raw footage into high-impact videos (promos, interviews, or educational content)
Create simple but effective text overlays, transitions, and basic animations to enhance visual appeal
Organize and archive project files, raw footage, and finalize assets
Work closely with the Human Resources team to storyboard ideas and ensure a consistent "look and feel."
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects)
Could have advanced knowledge of other comparable video editing software
Hands-on experience with cameras, various lens types, gimbal stabilizers, and professional audio gear
A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of composition, pacing, color theory, and sound design
3+ years of equivalent professional experience in videography and editing
Currently pursuing or recently completed a 4-year degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field
