Responsibilities

Project Staff Accountant will participate in finance and accounting-related projects
Maintain general ledger account balances and supporting documentation
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and accounting summaries
Review accounting documents for accuracy and compliance with policies and accounting standards
Assess and document the impact of projects on internal controls
Assist with updating and implementing accounting reports and reconciliations resulting from projects
As a Project Staff Accountant, you will identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, procedures, and reporting efficiency
Stay current on available technologies and evaluate how they may enhance accounting and reporting processes
Apply appropriate accounting and reporting guidance to financial transactions related to assigned projects
