Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required
Minimum of two years' experience in a professional general or governmental accounting role; a combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Certified Government Financial Officer (CGFO) is strongly preferred
Candidates without these qualifications must be willing to obtain one within two years of hire or promotion
