Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to define project scopes, schedules, and objectives
Develop cost estimates, assist with budgets, and support resource planning
Provide senior-level technical guidance to resolve complex mechanical design challenges
Monitor project schedules, resources, and expenses to support successful delivery
Participate in client meetings to review progress and maintain strong relationships
Improve design efficiency, quality, and technical processes
Ensure accurate documentation of drawings, plans, and technical correspondence
Mentor and guide junior designers and technical staff
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
10+ years of experience in engineering or design consulting
Proficiency in CAD/BIM software, including Revit and AutoCAD
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design, or related field
