Responsibilities
Performing technical support and management of networkable medical monitoring equipment, in collaboration with the Medical Equipment Management Coordinator
Performing user accounts, systems and applications security administration and support
Serving as a supportive liaison between IT and the living units to troubleshoot, maintain and/or discover programs specifically used by, or to facilitate treatment of, patients and residents
Qualification
Required
Experience providing end user IT technical support
Experience provisioning user accounts and permissions to systems, data, or other information
Experience installing, managing, or supporting hardware and software running on MS Windows or Apple iOS
Preferred
Experience with Internet/Intranet network protocols, operations, processes, and web connectivity
Experience providing technical support in a health care setting
Experience working with protected health information or personally identifiable data
