Responsibilities

Plan, manage and track advertising placements and ad campaign performance for both CCM’s academic offerings and its public performances. Monitor and evaluate campaign performances, recommending changes as needed. Following the completion of campaigns, compile and report marketing data related to advertising and marketing activities
Conduct market research and generate leads to optimize performance
Work with leadership in CCM’s Box Office to institute audience feedback surveys. Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for marketing optimizations to improve ticket sales performance
Manage and assess college’s analytics, utilizing and reporting data to provide guidance for marketing and communication initiatives. Develop customer and department profiles based on data analyses
Provide recommendations on campaign-specific ad spend budgets to CCM’s Director of Marketing and Communications
Create and maintain social media content, including organic social media content and boosted/paid social media marketing campaigns. Analyze engagement metrics and develop strategies to optimize content and experience on various social media platforms
Create targeted eblasts and e-newsletters
Assist with other brand storytelling, web content management, and promotional efforts as needed
Follow all appropriate university purchasing procedures when making ad buys. Coordinate any necessary bidding processes regarding advertising and promotional materials
Monitor campaign-specific expenses to ensure all marketing/advertising activities stay within budget parameters. Complete expense reporting for all marketing expenses and ad buys
Recommend cost containment proposals where applicable

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Five (5) years of relevant education, experience and/or other specialized training can fulfill minimum education and experience requirements
One (1) year of experience in development and implementation of marketing and/or advertising plans

Preferred

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and other social media advertising and digital advertising platforms
Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
Experience with SAP Concur Expense Management Software, or similar expense reporting programs
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Proficiency with SEO tools
Familiarity with AP Style
