Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of development operations staff by establishing clear goals, roles and accountabilities to ensure high performance and a culture of collaboration
Provide regular insights and reports to leadership to support strategic planning and future initiatives
Manage multiple vendor relationships relative to Development including contracts, performance and renewals when applicable
Analysis and management of online fundraising platforms as needed
Lead new system implementations, upgrades and integrations in partnership with key internal stakeholders
Ensure accurate data collection, reporting and analysis across development and volunteer systems
Lead the strategic direction and evolution of the organization’s volunteer management infrastructure
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure volunteer platforms support programmatic needs
Development, implementation and continued evolution of ongoing training and cross training of team members
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
8 years of demonstrated experience required
Ability to work independently and have high personal expectations of work product
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with executive management
Strong organizational skills, concise documentation skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
A proactive, high-energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement
Preferred
Salesforce experience preferred and ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results
