Deliver responsive technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and update software applications
Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
Collaborate with senior IT team members
Track and document support requests
Maintain IT inventory
Develop and update IT support documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of equivalent experience or combination of both
Genuine passion for technology
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and in teams
Willingness to learn emerging technologies
Preferred
Help desk or technical support experience
Familiarity with accounting software
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL Foundation
