Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities
Implement items, algorithms, and lesson logic following specifications provided by Content Architects
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and document existing items and algorithms
Review and enhance source code to improve performance and accuracy
Collaborate with fellow Content Programmers, Supervisors, and Quality Assurance teams
Address content-related issues reported by Product Support and implement required fixes
Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to other programmers
Support additional tasks and assignments as needed
Work cross-functionally to ensure high‑quality, error‑free digital content delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Entry‑to‑intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong foundations in chemistry, mathematics, and general programming principles
Effective communication skills with strong documentation habits
Preferred
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments is a plus
