Responsibilities
Foster an excellent understanding of each publisher's business, technical set-up, relevant insights and best practices
Proactively monitor inventory and analyse performance data at account level to provide clients with recommendations and help them to achieve revenue goals
Generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for our clients including daily, weekly, monthly and any billing reconciliation reports
Troubleshoot supply issues independently, as well as with cross-functional teams, including product and operations teams to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Assist the Director of Publisher Development in new publisher onboarding from introduction to onboarding stage
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of experience working in a publisher-facing role for an SSP, DSP, or technology organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with managers, employees and publishers
Hands on expertise on Header Bidding, VAST, Amazon TAM, ORTB Integrations are preferred
Understanding on the dynamics of Demand & Supply in Mobile, Video & CTV is a must
Ability to manage and prioritize requests from multiple publisher accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Tables, Functions etc.)
Solutions-oriented team player that can maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Highly developed leadership, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
