Responsibilities
Assist controls technicians and engineers basic laboratory tasks, data collection, and experimental setup
Support the organization and maintenance of technical documentation, equipment, and supplies
Perform entry-level data analysis and present findings in a clear and concise manner
Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, gathering information, and supporting problem-solving efforts
Learn and apply fundamental technical skills relevant to the assigned work area
Participate in team meetings, observe professional practices, and ask questions to enhance learning
Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a high school student (preferably rising junior or senior)
Demonstrated interest in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
Strong academic record with a focus on relevant coursework (e.g., robotics, engineering, algebra, geometry, physics, chemistry, computer science)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A strong desire to learn and contribute to a professional setting
