Join a federally funded, interdisciplinary research program focused on improving healthcare delivery
Study and intervene in the human systems that support healthcare delivery
Analyze high-dimensional, time-resolved data using modern data science tools and cloud computing
Collaborate with faculty across AI, informatics, and emergency medicine
Participate in ongoing funded projects and pursue independent research directions
Qualification
Required
PhD in a quantitative discipline
Strong programming skills
Strong statistics skills
Track record of completed research projects
Active participation in ongoing funded projects
Freedom to pursue independent directions
Preferred
Experience analyzing large datasets (cloud computing/big data workflows preferred)
Prior experience with healthcare data
