Chewy Account Manager
Health & Happiness Group is focused on premium nutrition and lifetime wellness, striving to make people healthier and happier through their international brands. The Chewy Account Manager will oversee the e-commerce strategy across Chewy and other strategic e-commerce platforms, driving growth and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
Own and deliver consistent outperformance against revenue and margin requirements by account in an extremely fast past, aggressive growth mode organization
Oversee the growth and management of all aspects of the eCommerce-based projects and assignments, including planning, content strategy and optimization, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work while evaluating results
Develop strong relationship across the retail organizations enabling support and partnership on all parts of the business (buying, merchandising, marketing, analytics, supply chain, logistics)
Develop and deliver ongoing JBP plans and work cross functionally to coordinate trade promo needs, shipping and logistics details, new product launches, promo accruals, etc
Collaborate with the S&OP team on demand forecasting
Build and understand competitor performance and strategies and build business plans to gain market share at each e-tailer
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally in the pet or supplement industry
3+ years of experience in an eCommerce specific role, preferably Chewy or Amazon 1P
Demonstrated consultative selling skills and creative problem-solving abilities
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage sell through data, syndicated data, forecasts, etc. and translate understandings into actionable decisions to drive the business forward
