They are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead architectural design for commercial modular and off-site construction projects and manage design schedules and consultant coordination.

Responsibilities
Lead architectural design for commercial modular and off-site construction projects from schematic design through construction documents
Coordinate with internal structural, MEP, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet commercial building program requirements and are compatible with modular fabrication, transportation, and installation constraints
Manage design schedules, deliverables, and consultant coordination for multi-disciplinary commercial project teams
Translate commercial design intent into modular-appropriate details, assemblies, and unitized building systems
Review shop drawings and fabrication models for alignment with commercial design standards, constructability, and code compliance
Serve as the primary liaison between the architectural design team, factory/manufacturing partners, and construction teams
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and modular approval processes for commercial projects
Support value engineering, constructability, and cost-efficiency reviews specific to off-site construction methods
Maintain quality control standards for drawings, models, and technical documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Minimum 6 years of architectural design and project management experience on commercial building projects
Proficiency in Revit required; experience with BIM coordination for commercial construction strongly preferred
Strong understanding of commercial building systems, detailing, and construction documentation
Proven experience coordinating consultants and managing multi-disciplinary design teams on commercial projects
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
Preferred
Experience with commercial or industrial projects preferred (not required)
