Responsibilities
Oversee pharmacy directors and facilitate training for new hires
Implement and monitor new pharmacy directives
Manage P L and prepare budgets for assigned pharmacies
Set strategic direction with the Regional VP of Operations
Identify underperforming pharmacies and devise corrective actions
Lead new business implementations to successful outcomes
Ensure customer service commitments are met and address service failures promptly
Qualification
Required
4-year college degree required; RPh or PharmD and MBA preferred
Minimum of 3 years management experience with significant P L responsibility
Strong strategic planning skills and business growth orientation required
Preferred
RPh or PharmD and MBA preferred
Experience managing multiple sites preferred
Long-term care or healthcare background preferred
