Responsibilities

Develop FEL 1–3 cost estimates
Validate third-party estimates, contractor/vendor quotes, and change orders
Perform take-offs from drawings, MTOs, and schedules
Identify cost, schedule, and project risks
Lead estimate reviews, walk-downs, and approvals
Maintain estimating databases and tools
Support project budgets and WBS development

Required

5+ years estimating chemical/petrochemical plant projects ($5MM+)
Strong piping and equipment estimating experience
Advanced Excel and Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE) skills
Able to manage multiple projects independently
Willing to travel and perform plant walk-downs

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business)
10+ years senior/lead estimating experience ($20MM+ projects)
SAP, AACE/CEP, PMP, and risk/Monte Carlo experience
