Responsibilities

Program complex machining operations using Hypermill (preferred) or other CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM)
Create and optimize 5‑axis CNC programs for precision components
Work directly on DMG and GROB machines
Interpret engineering drawings, models, and tooling requirements
Collaborate with machinists and engineering teams to improve processes and ensure part quality

Qualification

Hypermill programming5-axis CNC programmingCNC programming experienceMachining backgroundCollaboration skills

Required

2+ years Hypermill programming experience, OR 5+ years machinist background with proven CNC programming experience
Strong machining background—must understand setup, tooling, feeds/speeds, and multi‑axis operations
5‑axis CNC programming and/or machining experience required
Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, die casting dies, stamping, or plastics molds

Preferred

Program complex machining operations using Hypermill (preferred) or other CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM)
