Principal Consultant, Data Strategy (Boston-USA)

They are seeking a Principal Consultant in Data Strategy to lead strategic engagements, bridge business strategy with technology implementation, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful outcomes through actionable data strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Engagements: Oversee complex consulting engagements and provide direction to our implementation teams to ensure the achievement of our customers’ business outcomes
Drive Business Growth: Contribute actively to the growth of our commercial relationships as a pillar member of the account management team. Support sales opportunities and pursuits, contributing directly to Infostrux's growth by identifying opportunities for Infostrux to provide impactful services to your clients
Act as a Trusted Advisor: Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and shape future-focused data strategies
Bridge Strategy & Implementation: Manage the transition from strategic planning to the execution phase, ensuring clients have the resources to realize their vision
Provide Industry Thought Leadership: Develop market insights and big ideas that transform client business lines and industries
Foster Internal Excellence: Partner closely with our sales and technical leadership teams to ensure a unified approach to client challenges, fostering a culture of shared accountability and high-impact results
Qualification
Required
Must reside in Boston, Massachusetts
15 to 20 years of seniority: Substantial experience operating as a high-level leader in a professional services or consulting environment
Technologist-First Mindset: A background as a technologist first and a business person second, with a deep technical foundation in digital transformation
STEM-Led Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics); an MBA is considered a secondary asset
Executive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders and navigate planning discussions
Ambiguity Management: A collaborative, problem-solving mindset capable of resolving complex issues quickly in fast-paced settings
Travel Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally between Canada and the USA, to support client engagements at our major hubs (Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Boston)
