Responsibilities
Support Global Subsidiary Banking Business Manager in executing the top-down initiatives
Coordinate with Regional Business Management teams to standardize views on performance management, KPIs, forwarding and tracking strategic initiatives
Engage in stakeholder reporting and assist with business review preparation for key stakeholders – committees, cross-line of business partners, functional partners, senior management reviews
Facilitate Risk/Control projects and core Business Management functions
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of experience in Business Management or equivalent, with proven business management skills and well-developed decision making skills
Ability to prioritize deliverables, build dynamic partnerships and influence change
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with primary emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical, presentation/communication and organizational skills
Superior collaboration, teamwork and diplomacy skills
Ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the areas of direct client management, business administration, operations or program/project management
Knowledge of internal banking policies and corporate banking
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
