Responsibilities
Creation and maintenance of detailed company and industry models covering brokers, asset managers, and exchanges
Producing in‑depth written research on individual companies and sector‑wide structural themes
Monitoring regulatory developments, capital markets activity, and industry trends that impact the BAX ecosystem
Developing strong relationships with industry contacts and company management teams
Communicating stock calls, thematic views, and key trends to institutional investors, salespeople, and other internal constituencies
Qualification
Required
Highly detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, and willing to work long hours
Passion for stocks, markets, and analyzing financial business models
Excellent written communication skills
Self‑motivated problem‑solver with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Fluency in accounting and financial statement analysis
Preferred
Experience in or knowledge of financials, capital markets, asset management, or exchanges a plus
Securities licensing a plus (Series 7/63 and 86/87)
