Responsibilities
Provide overall team and project leadership
Properly delegate documentation work, trade and vendor oversight, etc
Oversee Quality Assurance/ Quality Control program
Lead project meetings as needed
Interface with clients, architects, and consultants in coordination with the PM, PX and Lead Super
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience working for a general contractor on commercial interiors, retail, residential, or corporate interior projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site and travel to job sites throughout New York City as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
