Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications to support MI Bridges initiatives
Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers
Support new development efforts as well as large-scale system enhancements
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and state stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and platform best practices
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
Advanced Salesforce development skills (Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and quickly ramp up on new systems
Comfortable in a client-facing role
Preferred
Experience working on government, healthcare, or public-sector projects
Prior experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations
Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus
