Responsibilities
Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards showcasing performance and project metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create impactful visual analytics
Consolidate, clean, and model data from various systems to ensure consistent reporting
Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting workflows
Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends and support better decision-making
Document dashboard standards and maintain reporting accuracy across platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or data analysis
Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard creation
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases
Experience integrating data from multiple sources (Excel, SharePoint, ERP systems)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with design/drafting workflows a plus
